医脉通导读本文系一例用药免疫抑制剂治疗银屑病关节炎、之前被诊断为Ehlers-Danlos综合征的患者罹患脾窦岸细胞血管瘤（LCA）。LCA的发病机制可能包括免疫失调和网状内皮系统的脆弱性。CaseReportA54-yearoldfemalewaspresentedtotheemergencydepartmentfollowingrepeatedsyncopalepisodesduringaroutineofficevisitwithherdermatologist.Onpresentation,herwhitebloodcellcountwas22,/mL.Shewashypotensive,at98/62,onpresentationandremainedhypotensivedespiteaggressiveIVfluidresuscitation.Thepatientreportedthatfivedayspriortoadmissionsheexperiencedaboutofloose,waterydiarrheawithoccasionalbrightredbloodperrectum.Shewasadmittedtothehospitalinaccordancewithsepsiscriteria.UponcontinuedaggressiveIVfluidresuscitation,shebecamenormotensive.Anabdominal/pelvisCTwithcontrast,orderedbytheemergencydepartment,demonstratedmultiplelesionsofthespleen(Figure1),whichwerenew
